Sarah Lilburne | Senior Occupational Therapist

Sarah is our senior occupational therapist who has worked in the area of paediatrics for many years. Sarah enjoys getting out and seeing children in their own environments, and is often hitting the schools to ensure skills she teaches are carried over to the school environment. Sarah has completed additional training in the CO-OP approach, anxiety and resilience in children, sensory processing, strategies for the classroom, and motivational interviewing. We love having Sarah on our team, she is fun, dedicated and great at problem solving.

Abbey Philpott | Occupational Therapist

Abbey joined our team in January 2016 and brings a dedicated approach to working with children of all ages. Abbey studied occupational therapy through Charles Sturt University and is an inspiration to be around. She has a wealth of knowledge for her age in paediatric therapy, and has completed additional training in the areas of handwriting, proprioception and sensory processing, and Autism.

Amy graduated from Sydney University in 2000 in occupational therapy and moved to Wagga Wagga in 2006 for a tree change. She founded that year Riverina Hand Therapy and through a growing local need and increase in referrals for children’s therapy, she developed Riverina Kids Therapy in 2013. Amy is the director of the service and is dedicated to ensuring all clients and their families receive wonderful supportive therapy in a way that suits their family lifestyle. Amy has worked previously in paediatrics at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney, before moving into a career in hand therapy.
